This study has been focussing to evaluate the effectiveness of blood flow restriction training program to improve the strength of lower limb in young football players. The intent of the study is to find out the effects of blood flow restriction training programs to improve the strength of lower limb in young football players.

Methodology: It is an experimental study with 15 football players with age group of 16-21 years were recruited from Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute Velappanchavadi, Chennai.
